1. How did you like using ANGEL?
I really like using ANGEL I wish all professors would do so it is an easy form of communication.
4. If you had the opportunity to change this course:
What would you keep? I would keep the creation assignments.
What would you remove? I would get rid of the videos.
What would you add? I wouldn’t add anything because what is assigned is too much.
5. Would you recommend this course to your peers?
To be honest I would recommend this course to peers but if someone was taking it I would recommend setting a lot of time aside to complete this course.
6. Please list any other comments you would like to share.
This class wasn’t hard but it was a lot of work. I had a friend who took this course in school and didn’t have to do half the things we did. I do realize this is college and I expect nothing more than work but this is also a general education class for the majority of students who take it I feel like I spent way too much time on this course just to earn three credits.

1. What were you expectations for this course and where they met?
My expectations were ti gain more knowledge about art and its history, my expectations were definitely met.
2. Now that you've been through this course, What is art? How would you define it now compared to your initial posting?
I would say art is anything that could be expressed in visual form.
3. Who was your favorite artist in your original posting and who is your favorite visual artist now? If there is a difference, why do you think so? If you have the same favorite artist, why do you think so?
My favorite artist is still Leonardo da Vinci because I will always have a love for Italian Renaissance art.
4. Now that you've completed this course, how do you feel about taking an online course? Is your answer the same as it was in your first posting? How is it the same or different?
To be honest after taking this online course I will never take one again, a lot of time and energy went into this class. Like I said in my first post this is the first online class I have taken.

wk 11 video blog
1. For each video list/discuss the key concepts you learned.
The key concept of Greenberg on Art Criticism: An Interview by T.J. Clark is that writing analyst of art criticism is different from what they are today. The key concept of An Introduction to the Italian Renaissance is there has to artists where all others learn from. The key concept of The Colonial Encounter: Views of Non Western Art and Culture is the image of the new France and the image of the colonies were not coherent or consistent.
2. Do the videos relate to the creation of your Art Criticism project? If yes, explain how. If no, explain why not.
Greenberg on Art Criticism: An Interview by T.J. Clark does relate to my creation because it is about art criticism and I interpreted and critiqued the pieces I used. An Introduction to the Italian Renaissance doesn’t relate to my creation because I don’t have any pieces from the Italian Renaissance. The Colonial Encounter: Views of Non Western Art and Culture does relate to my creation because the video mentions that the colonies in Frances were in war with each other.
3. What is your opinion of the films? Do they add depth to understanding of art criticism?
I thought Greenberg on Art Criticism: An Interview by T.J. Clark was dull it was hard to hear and didn’t really add depth to my understanding of art criticism. I thought A Introduction to the Italian Renaissance and The Colonial Encounter: Views of Non Western Art and Culture were interesting and it did add depth to my understanding of art criticism.
project4 art curation
This project was pretty easy for me there were at lot of war art to choose from. I chose a dark grey background for my powerpoint to show the seriousness of my theme the heading is in red because almost all of the pictures illustrated red for the highlights and white to describe the picture for the same reason but the white usually emphasized something in the piece. I organized the pieces in order of the year they were created.

wk 10 video
1. For each video list/discuss the key concepts you learned.
The key concept for the lowdown on lowbrow: west coast pop art is that lowbrow art is not surreal. The key concept of displaying modern art the tate approach is that there are intellectual issues associated with the ways of displaying modern art. The key concept of Bones of Contention: Native American Archaeology is standing up for what you believe in. The key concept of George Eastman House: Picture Perfect is George Eastman made photography possible and that photography is a complicated process.
2. Do the videos relate to the creation of your Art Exhibition project? If yes, explain how. If no, explain why not.
The video the lowdown on lowbrow: west coast pop art does not relate to my art exhibit in ways of the art pieces are illustrates but it does relate to my principal of war because lowbrow influenced artists to create such work such as the cold war. Displaying Modern Art: The Tate Approach does not relate to my creation because I am not displaying the art work in a museum but in a powerpoint. Bones of Contention: Native American Archaeology relates to my creation because they both deal with people fighting for a cause they believe in. George Eastman House: Picture Perfect relates to my creation because I have some photographs in my slideshow.
3. What is your opinion of the films? Do they add depth to understanding of the art concepts you practiced while creating your curation project? The films were different they did add depth to my understanding of how there are many concepts in ways to display a piece of art. I am not really sure what Bones of Contention: Native American Archaeology had to do with creating my curation. George Eastman House: Picture Perfect adds depth to my understanding of the photographs I chose for my curation.
